*2 egg yolks for brushing
In a large bowl, mix the yeast with milk and sugar, and set aside for 5 minutes.
Add in the oil, salt and sift in the the flour and baking powder.
Knead until soft and fluffy dough. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour.
On a clean surface, sprinkle flour and divide the dough into balls (size of large mandarin)
Lightly press each ball and place a full spoon of crumbled feta cheese on each circle and fold the dough, creating a ball.
Place them on a baking sheet.
After filling the pan, cover it with a clean kitchen towel for 10 minutes. Brush with egg , sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake at 180 degrees until golden.
