Chicken Fillet Pittas

– Chicken- Pitta Tower

*4 chicken tenderloins
*1 garlic clove, finely chopped
*1 tbsp soy sauce
*Olive oil spray
*4 large pita breads
*2 cups Romaine lettuce
*2 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
*1 small onion, thinly sliced

Cheese of your choice (I use Greek yellow cheese. Kaseri)

Combine the chicken tenderloins, garlic, soy sauce in a bowl and stir well to coat.
Preheat a large frypan over medium heat.

Spray the chicken with a little oil and cook, for 2 minutes each side or until lightly charred and cooked through.
Place the cheese on top of pitta bread, along with onion rings, tomato, lettuce and chicken fillet.

Top with a pitta bread. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Set pita into saute pan, cook until lightly browned, turn over and cook again.
Cut in half and serve warm. Enjoy!!
