CHOCOLATE DIPPED MARSHMALLOW BANANA POPS
* 3 large ripe bananas
* 12 regular sized marshmallows
* 10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
* 2 tbsp coconut oil
* Popsicle sticks
**Optional: your choice of topping, sprinkles, sea salt, edible glitter , granola, nuts.
Peel bananas and cut each one into fourths.
Cut each marshmallow in half.
Place one half of a marshmallow on the bottom of the banana and the other half on the top of the banana.
Insert popsicle stick into both the marshmallows and banana.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave for approximately 40 – 55 seconds, making sure the chips don’t burn.
Dip pops into melted chocolate. Chocolate will harden almost immediately.
Sprinkle your choice of topping.
Place into freezer until set, about 20 min.
