Classic Shef Salad






A Traditional Chef’s Salad filled with crisp greens, vegetables, hard boiled eggs, meat, and cheese.
Try this classic chef’s salad for a quick and easy summer supper.

*3 cups mixed greens, chopped

*2 large tomatoes, cubed

*1 Cucumber, sliced

*1 cup Ham, cubed

*1 cup grated Swiss cheese

*2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
*1 cup croutons


Salad Dressing:
*80 g mayonnaise
*80 g Greek yogurt
*1 tbsp white wine vinegar
*1 tbsp honey
*2 tbsp ketchup
*1 tsp smoked paprika


In a large salad bowl , combine lettuce, tomatoes , ham , croutons and cucumber.

Arrange eggs and cheese on top.

In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, honey, ketchup, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix with a spoon until completely combined. Pour dressing over salad and serve.
If you don’t use the dressing immediately, you can store it in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
