GARIDES TIGANITES / GREEK FRIED SHRIMPS
This popular Greek shrimp recipe is quick and easy, bringing out the flavour of the seafood. With just a few ingredients, create a delicious dish.
*1 pound (500gr) large shrimps, peeled and deveined
*1 cup all-purpose flour
*1 tsp ground chili
*vegetable oil for frying
*fresh lemon juice, to serve
Heat vegetable oil in medium saucepan . Toss shrimps in flour and shake away the excess.
Deep fry the shrimps , in batches, until browned lightly. Drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
