GREEK SALAD WITH LETTUCE & GOAT CHEESE

There’s nothing better than a Greek salad served with homemade crusty bread!
The absolute most popular and loved by all dish is the Greek salad! 
Healthy, refreshing and delicious!

 

 

Ingredients:

 
*2 tomatoes, cut into wedges

*1 red onion, sliced into rings

*1 cucumber, sliced into thick half-moons

*1 green bell pepper

*1 1/2 cups chopped lettuce

*1 cup goat cheese , cut into small cubes

*½ cup Greek olives

*Salt – Pepper

*4 tbsp Greek Olive oil

*1 tsp dried oregano

 

 

 

Directions:

 

Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano in a small bowl.
Place chopped lettuce in a large bowl. Add tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, olives and cheese.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss with oregano. Enjoy your salad with crusty bread.
