GREEK STYLE VANILLA RAVANI ICE CREAM
Greek Style Vanilla Ravani Ice Cream
*500 g heavy cream, very cold
*1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
*1 can evaporated milk
*2 pieces ravani , crumbled
In your stand mixer with whisk attachment on high speed beat your cream until it becomes stiff.
Fold in your sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk.
Add in the Ravani and mix gently.
Transfer to a container with a lid and freeze for 6 hours before serve.
