HOMEMADE PIZZA DOUGH
Homemade pizza dough is economical, fun, and healthful since you control the ingredients. This recipe yields enough dough to make two pizzas, or a large one.
This is by far the best and easiest pizza dough we’ve made and is now our go to recipe. Easy, quick and super tasty!
*1 cup lukewarm water + 1 cup lukewarm milk
*1 package of quick rise yeast
*1 /1/2 tsp sugar
*1 tsp salt
*3 tbsp Olive oil
*5-5½ cups all purpose flour
Add water, milk, yeast, and sugar to a mixing bowl. Stir and then let proof for about 5 minutes.
Add salt, olive oil and about 2.5 cups of flour. Mix with your hands.
Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough doesn’t stick to your hands. Form until a ball and knead several times.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place, for 30 minutes. The longer it rises, the better.
