Honey Garlic Salmon

Honey garlic salmon , crispy on the outside and juicy inside, ready in under 30 minutes. With a sweet and savory sauce of garlic, honey and soy sauce.
Just a few ingredients make this quick and tasty recipe perfect dinner idea for a busy weeknight.







*4 – 6 salmon fillets , skin on
*Salt and pepper, to taste
*1/2 tsp paprika
*2 tbsp butter
*4 cloves garlic, minced
*3 tbsp honey
*1 tbsp water
*2 tbsp soy sauce
*fresh squeezed lemon juice,to serve
*orange wedges to serve







Season salmon with salt, pepper and paprika. Set aside.
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about a minute, until fragrant. Pour in the honey, water and soy sauce; allow the flavours to heat through and combine. Add in the orange juice.
Add the salmon steaks to the sauce in the skillet, cook each fillet (skin-side down) for 3 minutes or until golden. Add in the orange wedges and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
To serve, drizzle with the sauce, sprinkle with parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
