Meringue lollipops

MERINQUE LOLLIPOPS

Ingredients:

 
*6 egg whites
*1.½ cups powdered sugar
*1 tsp fresh lemon juice
* Food coloring
* Sprinkles
*Lollipop sticks

 

 

 

 

Directions:

 
Preheat oven to 80 C and place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie baking sheet.
Whisk egg whites in a bowl until frothy.
Add the sugar, lemon juice and whisk until the meringue reaches stiff peaks.
Place the meringue , and 2 drops of food coloring in a piping bag with the tip of choice and pipe on to the baking sheet.
Add the sticks into the meringues , add the sprinkle and bake for 2 hours.
