TROUFAKIA – GREEK CHOCOLATE WALNUT TRUFFLES
Christmas is just around the corner, so get into the spirit by making these decadent truffles which make beautiful gifts.
*1 pack petit beurre biscuits
*1 can condensed milk
*4 tbsp cocoa powder
*3 tbsp rum.
*1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Crush the biscuits in a large bowl and set aside.
Leave butter outside the fridge for 2 hours to soften. Beat butter in mixer with cocoa, condensed milk and rum until fluffy. Pour mixture over biscuits and mix well.
Wet your hands with some water, to make it easier to work with the mixture, shape into balls and roll over shredded coconut or chocolate sprinkles and place in fridge.
Keep truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
