Homemade Vanilla Fig Ice Cream

HOMEMADE VANILLA FIG ICE CREAM

Ingredients:
*500 g heavy cream, very cold
*1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
*1 can evaporated milk
*1 1/2 cup Greek fig spoon sweet

Directions:

 

In your stand mixer with whisk attachment on high speed beat your cream until it becomes stiff.

Fold in your sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk.
Add figs and mix.

Transfer to a container with a lid and freeze for 6 hours.
