1kg baby potatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic clove minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp dried thyme
salt & pepper
1 cup of water. Add some more if needed.
Preheat oven to 200C.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut in half.
In a mixing bowl toss the potatoes, garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, olive oil, butter, salt, and pepper , mix until the potatoes are fully coated.
Add the potatoes to a baking dish, 1 cup of water and bake for 50 minutes.
