Greek Kormos. Chocolate halva cake






Ingredients :

*250 gr/8,8oz butter in room temperature
*1 ½ cups of icing sugar
*½ cup of dark cocoa
*¼ cup of Liqueur of your choice.
*2 cups Vanilla Halva , cut into small cubes

*1 cup nuts , chopped
*½ cup milk
Directions :

Leave butter outside the fridge for 2 hours to soften.
Beat butter in mixer with cocoa and sugar until fluffy.
Add in milk and liqueur, Mix well.
Stir in the halva and nuts .
Cut a big piece of parchment paper and put the mixture giving it a salami shape.
Roll and fold.
Place it in the deep freezer for a couple of hours before serving.
