Ingredients
1kg chicken wings
1kg potatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 200C.
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, potatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano salt, and pepper.
Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Arrange the chicken wings and potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet
Roast in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken wings are crispy and the potatoes are tender, flipping halfway through cooking.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Serve with Greek salad and feta cheese.
