DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients:
*2 cups all purpose flour
*1 cup sugar
*1 tbsp cocoa powder
*2 eggs
*2 tsp vanilla extract
*½ tsp Salt
*1 cup butter
*1 tsp baking powder
*100g dark chocolate bar , chopped
Directions:
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the butter & sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the vanilla, cocoa powder & eggs to combine.
Lastly, beat in the flour, baking powder and salt until a soft dough has formed. Stir in the chopped chocolate .
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
Bake at 190 C , for 8-10 min, until cookies are set.
Cool 2 min on baking sheet; transfer cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
