STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE
Strawberry Jello Cake is very light, fluffy, not too sweet and it’s so easy to make.
It starts with savoiardi biscuits as a base. Then it’s followed with light vanilla pudding filling and thick layer of strawberry jello loaded with sweet, fresh strawberries.

Ingredients:
2 pkt Strawberry Jello
24 Lady fingers , savoiardi
2 pkt Vanilla instant pudding
2 cups strawberries, cut in half
Directions:
Pour jelly crystals into a mixing bowl and add 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until all the crystals have dissolved. Add 2 cups cold water and place aside to cool.
Prepare the instant pudding according to package instructions .
Dip ladyfingers briefly in strawberry juice and arrange them in the bottom of a rectangular container ( 9-13 )
Spread the custard over the biscuits, top with strawberries and refrigerate.
Let filling set and then pour cooled jelly over the top. Make sure slice is sitting level so jelly sets evenly. Refrigerate until ready to serve. When jelly is firm cut it into pieces and serve.
