Biscuit & Loukoumi Sandwich

Greek mpiskotoloukoumo, a delightful fusion of biscuit and loukoumi is a traditional treat that encapsulates the rich culinary heritage of Greece. Tucked the loukoumi between two peitit beurre biscuits, it is the sweetest memory of many from their childhood.  We all knew that in the parental home we would always find hidden colorful loukumi with powdered sugar.  The flavors, rose with walnut, mastic and strawberry.

We can easily make them at home, we just make sandwiches, with petit beurre cookies and loukoumi 

All you need is Petit Beurre Biscuits and Loukoumi

Place the 2 biscuits on a wooden board, facing down and the loukoumi on top of 1 biscuit, covering it with the 2nd biscuit.
