SOFT & CHEWY CHOCOLATE SPRINKLE COOKIES
Ingredients:
*3 cups all-purpose flour
*2/3 cups cocoa powder
*½ tsp. baking powder
*1 cup white sugar
*1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
*1 cup salted butter, softened
*2 eggs
*2 tsp. vanilla extract
*1 cup of mini chocolate chips
*sprinkles
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 170 C.
Combine theflour, cocoa and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.
In a new bowl, combine the sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix at medium speed with an electric mixer.
Add in the flour mixture and blend until the batter is very thick.
Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Shape dough into balls, top with some sprinkles and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, let cool and Enjoy
