EASY PAN FRIED FILLET OF SOLE
A simple, easy, quick and delicious recipe for pan fried sole.
Ingredients:
*500gr fish fillet of sole
*salt – pepper
*1 cup flour
*oil for frying
Directions:
Mix the flour with seasoned salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
Dredge the fish fillets in the flour mixture, and shake away the excess.
Heat oil a large skillet over high heat.
Place fillets in skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and serve while hot.
