Pasta – Elias – Homemade Kalamata Olive Spread

HOMEMADE KALAMATA OLIVE SPREAD

Ingredients:

*3 cups Kalamata olives, pitted and drained
*1 clove garlic, crushed
*1 tsp capers
*2 tbsp olive oil
*1 tbsp lemon juice
*1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor except the olive oil.
Mix for one minute. In a slow and steady stream add the olive oil and process until well blended, 1-2 minutes.
Serve with warm pita or crackers.
