GREEK SALAD STUFFED AVOCADO

This Healthy Greek Salad Stuffed Avocado is stuffed with flavorful veggies and Greek yogurt.
It’s the perfect healthy lunch.
All you need:
*Avocado
*Greek yogurt
*Tomato
*Parsley, chopped
*Cucumber
*Red onion
*Salt
Cut Avocado in Half
in a large bowl add about 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt, chopped parsley, diced red onion,
diced cucumber and diced tomatoes .Mix it up Sprinkle with salt.
Place stuffing onto Avocado , top with fresh parsley and serve.
