ZEA
Ancient Greeks uses to say “Νοῦς ὑγιὴς ἐν σώματι ὑγιεῖ” meaning a healthy mind in a healthy body.

First of all, we eat bread and spaghetti, which means wheat.
And what’s wrong with wheat? Gluten.
A protein composite that is everywhere in the modern diet and keeps the brain “sleepy.”
Ancient Greeks, on the other, did not even know the taste of wheat, because it didn’t exist.
They cultivated Zea, a cereal rich in magnesium that is considered to be the food of the brain.
Zea, one of the oldest and most important cereals for the human being.
Specimens have been found in prehistorical settlements all over Greece, as well as at the coast of Asia Minor.
Alexander the Great used to feed his soldiers exclusively with Zea, so as to be healthy and mentally strong.
In ancient Greece people cultivated exclusively Zea and they imported wheat from northern countries.
Zea contains high levels of the amino acidlysine, which makes zea pasta much easier to digest. Also, lysine strengthens the immune system and is vital for the biochemical function of the brain.
-Zea does not block the arteries like the wheat flour we use, which contains gluten.
-Zea has high levels of protein, natural fibers and minerals. It helps body absorb all the valuable nutrients, suppresses chronic inflammations and is considered to prevent cancer growth and metastasis.
-Finally, it is suitable for people who have wheat allergy or celiac disease.
