Ingredients
200gr olive oil
200gr sugar
200gr cups fresh orange juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp of cognac
2 tbsp of orange zest
850gr – 1 kg flour
3 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
Directions
In the mixer bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the flour.
Gradually add the flour into the mixer bowl while kneading the mixture until a homogeneous dough forms.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (or equivalent temperature).
Shape the cookie dough into your desired shapes.
Place the shaped cookies onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden.
Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool before serving or storing.
