GREEK YOGURT OREO ICE CREAM

Ingredients:
*500 g Heavy cream  , cold
*500 g Greek yogurt
*3 tbsp Honey

*1 tbsp Vanilla extract
*1 cup Oreo cookies , cut into pieces

Directions:

In your stand mixer with whisk attachment on high speed beat your cream until it becomes stiff.
Fold in the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract. ( add more honey if needed).

Add Oreos and mix.
Transfer to a container with a lid , top with some Oreos , cover and freeze for 6 hours.
