A light and refreshing dessert that feels like summer in a glass.
This easy and wholesome dessert is a creamy twist on classic jello, made with just three simple ingredients: jello, yogurt, and boiling water.
It’s light, slightly tangy, and perfect for warm days.
The texture is smooth and custard-like, and when you add fresh fruit like strawberries, it becomes even more delightful.
You can enjoy it plain or top it with chopped seasonal fruit, a few mint leaves, or even a dollop of whipped cream.

1 packet pineapple-flavored jello (or any flavor you like)
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
Directions
In a bowl, dissolve the jello powder in the boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
Let it cool slightly—just enough so it’s no longer hot but still liquid.Add the yogurt and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses or a mold.
Refrigerate for 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
Note: If you’d like to add fruit pieces into the dessert, make sure the jello mixture has cooled down enough—not hot, but still liquid. Gently stir in the chopped fruit (like strawberries, pineapple, or peaches) after adding the yogurt. Then pour into serving cups and refrigerate until fully set.
