No Bake Lemon Cherry Icebox Cake

NO BAKE LEMON CHERRY ICEBOX CAKE

This No Bake Lemon Cherry Icebox Cake is amazingly delicious with only 4 ingredients!!!!

This Dessert will be your favorite this summer!!

 

 

Ingredients:

*2 packs petit beurre
*1 liter lemon juice + 2 tbsp sugar + 1 cup juice
*1 liter cherry juice + 2 tbsp sugar + 1 cup juice
*14 tsp corn flour
*1/2 cup milk

Directions:

 
In a saucepan, put one juice and sugar and simmer.
In the extra juice cup dissolve 7 teaspoons of corn flour and add it slowly to the boiling juice.
Reduce heat and stir continuously until it cools.
Separately follow the same procedure with the other juice.
Let the creams cool slightly.

Dip petit beurre briefly in milk and arrange them in the bottom of a rectangular dish.

Spread the first cream over the petit beurre and top with another petit beurre layer.

Empty on the top the second cream, strain evenly, cover the container and place in the refrigerator.
