BANANA CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE
This Moist and fluffy banana-chocolate bundt cake is super easy and extra delicious!!!
Ingredients:
*400 gr/ 14.1 oz all purpose Flour , sifted
*1 1/2 tsp baking powder
*3 eggs
*1 1/2 cup milk
*1 cup sunflower Oil
*2 cups sugar
*2 ripe bananas, mashed
*1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 150 C – 325 F. Spray bundt pan with nonstick spray .
In a large bowl , use an electric mixer add sugar and eggs and beat until well combined.
Add the oil, milk, mashed bananas, baking powder, vanilla and flour.
Pour the ½ of the mixture into pan.
In the remaining mixture add the cocoa powder and mix well. Add into pan and mix lightly with a spoon.
Bake for 1 hour, until a sharp knife, or toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Once fully baked, let the cake cool for 20 minutes, and drizzle with melted chocolate.(optional)
