STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE LOAF CAKE

This strawberry chocolate loaf is my latest favorite! It’s moist, fluffy and so easy to make.

Ingredients:

*1 1/3 cups sugar
*1/2 cup butter
*2 eggs
*1 cup milk
*1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
*½ cup cocoa powder
*1 teaspoon baking powder
*½ teaspoon salt
*1 cup chopped strawberries + 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar together. Add in eggs and milk beating until smooth and creamy.

Add in dry ingredients and mix until all combined. Stir in chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
Spoon batter into a well greased loaf pan,

Gently tap pan on counter to remove any large air bubbles.

Bake in a preheated 160 C oven for 50-55 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let bread rest in pan for 20 minutes before removing to cool.
