This salad is loaded with juicy tomatoes, creamy avocados and the best Greek Feta Cheese and Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ingredients :
200gr cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 avocados, cut into slices
1 red onion, sliced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
salt, pepper to taste
basil leaves for garnish
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Place the tomatoes, avocados and red onion in a large bowl and top with crumbled feta.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice , salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over salad and gently toss to coat. Top with some basil leaves.
Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 1 hour.
