Ingredients:
300g Feta cheese, grated
100g Anthotiro cheese, optional
40g Olive oil
1/2 Chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon Bukovo (crushed red pepper flakes)
Directions
In a food processor, combine the olive oil, garlic, finely chopped Florina red pepper, chili pepper, and bukovo.
Blend until the mixture is smooth. For a milder version, reduce the amount of chili pepper and bukovo.
In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt and grated feta. Pour in the blended pepper mixture and stir until everything is well combined and smooth.
Transfer the Tyrokafteri to a container with a lid and refrigerate for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld.
