GREEK SALAD WITH LETTUCE & GOAT CHEESE
There’s nothing better than a Greek salad served with homemade crusty bread!
The absolute most popular and loved by all dish is the Greek salad! Healthy, refreshing and delicious!
Ingredients
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 red onion, sliced into rings
1 cucumber, sliced into thick half-moons
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 1/2 cups chopped, romaine lettuce
1 cup goat cheece, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
4 tbsp Greek olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
In a large bowl, place the chopped lettuce. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, olives, and cheese.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently with oregano. Serve with crusty bread and enjoy!
