CHERRY & BERRY CROISSANT PUFF

Searching for a special addition to your brunch table? Look no further than this flaky puff cradling berries and sweet cream cheese filling.

Ingredients:
*5 large croissants, cut up
*2 cups fresh cherries & berries
*400g / 14oz cream cheese, softened
*1 cup sugar
*3 eggs
*1 tsp vanilla
*1.½ cups milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 160C
Place croissant pieces in a square pan.

Sprinkle with berries and cherries

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
Gradually add milk, beating well after each addition.
Pour evenly over croissant pieces.

Let stand 20 min.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until set in center and golden brown.
You may want to cover it with foil for the last 10 minutes if the tops are getting too browned.
Serve warm sprinkled with powdered sugar.
