Ingredients:
6 – 8 potatoes, cut into thick matchsticks
2 tbsp olive oil
salt + pepper to taste
oregano
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200C.
Coat potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper and place on a baking sheet.
Bake until golden and crisp, about 40 min.
Remove the fries with a spatula and season with dried oregano.
Serve with feta cheese and a large Greek Salad
