FUNFETTI BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients:

 
*3 – 4 cups flour

*1 egg, at room temperature

*220 gr/7,7 oz confectioner sugar

*220 gr/7,7 oz butter, melted at room temperature

*1/3 cup sprinkles ( optional )

Directions:

 
In a large bowl mix egg, confectioner sugar and butter.

Add the flour and knead until soft dough.
Add in the sprinkles.

On a clean surface add the dough and give shapes you want.
Bake for 9  min, or until cookies golden. 340F
