Tender and juicy steaks with crispy and fluffy baby potatoes.

 An easy and delicious dinner. Perfectly seasoned, baked to perfection, melt-in-your-mouth tender steak and potatoes 


*4 steaks

*500g baby potatoes 

*1/2 cup olive oil

*2 tbsp butter

*2 garlic clove minced 




*salt & pepper


In a small bowl, whisk together butter, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, rosemary, pepper, salt, and a pinch of red pepper. Add steaks to a resealable zip lock bag or large bowl and pour the marinade on top. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 180C .

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut in half. In a mixing bowl toss the potatoes, garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper , mix until the potatoes are fully coated.

Add the potatoes to a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and place in the marinated steaks .

Bake for 10 minutes or until desired doneness.

Let steaks rest at leat 5-10 minutes before cutting.
