Dried Fruits

Dried fruits are an excellent snack. But apart from that, we use them as decorations in various sweets and drinks but we also make garlands during the holiday season.

Preheat oven to 170˚F. Slice citrus to thick wheels.

Once the citrus has been sliced, add it to the parchment-lined tray and place the citrus so it is at least ½ inch apart between slices.

Arrange citrus slices in a single layer on a cooling rack on top of a sheet pan.
Allow citrus to dehydrate in the oven for 3-4 hours.
After citrus has been dehydrated, store in an airtight container until ready to use.
