Greek Salad Nachos… but make it Mediterranean!
Who says nachos have to be all cheese and salsa? Let’s give this classic snack a fresh twist with a Greek-Mediterranean flair!
Say hello to Greek Salad Nachos with Pita Chips — a colorful, crunchy, flavor-packed mezze that’s perfect for gatherings, snacking, or even a light lunch.Instead of tortilla chips, we’re using crispy baked pita wedges seasoned with oregano and olive oil. Then we pile on a vibrant mix of cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, bell peppers, and creamy crumbled feta.
A drizzle of olive oil and lemon (or red wine vinegar) ties it all together. Add some hummus or tzatziki on the side, and you’ve got a mezze platter that will steal the spotlight.
Fresh, healthy, and bursting with flavor — it’s like your favorite Greek salad decided to have a party!
