Mediterranean Sunset Sangria

When peaches are sweet, strawberries are everywhere, and the evenings stay warm long after sunset, a pitcher of sangria just feels right.

Made with Greek wine, fresh summer fruit, and a splash of sparkling water, this easy drink is perfect for sharing. Serve it at a barbecue, a family gathering, or simply enjoy a glass on the balcony after a long day.

750ml Greek rosé wine

120ml Muscat wine from Samos (or another Greek sweet wine)

1 peach, sliced

1 nectarine, sliced

1 orange, sliced

1 cup strawberries, halved

1 cup grapes

A handful of fresh mint leaves

250ml sparkling water 

Ice

Directions

Combine everything except the sparkling water and ice. Chill for 2-4 hours. Add sparkling water and ice just before serving.
