This chocolate bark makes an excellent healthy snack , packed with crunchy, roasted almonds, cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
This bark has such great crunch from the nuts and seeds, pops of sweetness from the cranberries and that perfect balance of sweet and salty from those crunchy bits of coarse sea salt on top.

Ingredients:
300g / 10.5oz dark chocolate chips
150g / 5.2oz white chocolate chips
dried fruits ( I used cranberries )
nuts of your choice ( I used roasted almonds & pumpkin seeds )
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
Directions:
Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chocolate on top.
Add the white chocolate and run a toothpick through the two kinds of chocolate in a circular motion to form decorative swirls.
Season with salt.Top with dried cranberries, chia seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds & freeze. Slice into squares
Serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap.
Store in the fridge.
