Summer Cheesecake







A perfect Greek Yogurt cheesecake—it is light, flavorful, and perfect for summer.

*1 graham cracker crust
*2 cups unsweetened Greek yogurt
*½ cup coconut sugar
*2 eggs
*1 tablespoon cornstarch
*1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*¼ teaspoon salt
*fruits of your choice






Mix Greek yogurt, coconut sugar, vanilla, cornstarch, salt, and eggs together with the Dash hand mixer

Pour into the graham cracker crust and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until the center jiggles slightly when the pan is gently shaken, but edges are set.

Allow to cool and cover with your favorite fruits.
