NO BAKE DREAMY LEMON PIE

My family loves lemon pie.
This No Bake Dreamy & Creamy Lemon Pie, is amazingly delicious! A MUST TRY !!

Not only is this No-Bake Lemon Pie so delicious and refreshing, it’s also one of the easiest pies to make because you don’t even have to turn on your oven.

A creamy and sweet lemon pie in a petit beurre crust topped with delicious fluffy whipped cream!
Ingredients:

*1 lemon + 1 tsp vanilla extract
*2 envelopes cook & serve lemon pie filling
*1 pack petit beurre biscuits , crumbs
*3 tbsp melted butter
*Whipped cream to top + lemon zest

Directions:

Trim the ends off the lemon. Cut into thin slices and remove the seeds.
Add the lemon slices and vanilla extract into a blender or food processor.

Prepare pie filling according to directions.  Mix in the lemon mixture. Let cool in fridge.
Mix petit beurre  crumbs with melted butter.

Press into greased 9″ X 13″ inch pan

Pour filling onto crust.

Top with cool whip or whipping cream and sprinkle with lemon zest.

Store the pie in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
