TUTTI FRUTTI ICE CREAM

Ingredients:
*1 pint, 473ml heavy cream, very cold
*1 canSweetened Condensed Milk
*1 can evaporated milk
*1 1/2 tbsp tangerine zest
*1 1/2 cups strawberries and cherries, chopped

Directions:
In your stand mixer with whisk attachment on high speed beat your cream until it becomes stiff.
Fold in your sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk.

Mix in 1 cup chopped berries and 1 tbsp tangerine zest.

Transfer to a container and top with the remaining fruits and tangerine zest , cover and freeze for 6 hours.
