Ingredients

750gr all-purpose flour

80gr. unsalted butter

100ml olive oil

1 tbsp sugar

150gr. warm milk

1 egg

1 sachet of dry yeast

300 gr. Goat cheece

200gr feta cheece

300 gr. Greek mizithra cheese

6-7 eggs

1 tbsp rose water

A pinch of cinnamon

Directions

Combine the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl and knead until a smooth and uniform dough is formed.

Let the dough rest for a short while and then roll it out into a sheet approximately half an inch thick.

Cut the dough into discs and place them in circular forms, similar to tart pans.

Prepare the filling by mixing the cheeses, eggs, rose water, and cinnamon until thoroughly combined.

Spoon the filling into the prepared dough, spreading it evenly.Bake the pies in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
