Moist, fluffy and buttery.
Grace a bundt cake pan and preheat oven to 150C.
Place oil and sugar in a stand mixer bowl . Beat on medium high until mixture is blended, about 2 min.
Add the eggs, milk, brandy, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat mixture until it becomes light and fluffy.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and then top with the vanilla mixture.Bake the cake for 1 hour at 150C.
Cool cake in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Invert the cake onto the rack and cool completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with some cranberries.
