DARK CHOCOLATE SEA SALT ALMONDS
Ingredients:
*2 cups toasted almonds
*200g/7oz semisweet chocolate chips
*sea salt

Directions:
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Stir the almonds into the melted chocolate. Spoon into clusters on wax paper lined baking sheets. You can make the clusters as big or as small as you would like.
Sprinkle almonds with a little sea salt then refrigerate until completely set.
Store in the refrigerator.
