DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

Chocolate Costco Muffins

If you love that jumbo chocolate muffins from Costco, you’ll love these double-chocolate muffins too!!

Ingredients:

3 eggs

*3/4 cup milk

*1/2 cup butter, melted

*1 box (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker, super moist, cake mix

*1 packet (3.9 oz) chocolate pudding mix

*3/4 cup sour cream

*1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together eggs, milk, butter, cake mix, pudding mix and sour cream.

Fold in chocolate chips.  Spoon into a Jumbo muffin tin, lined with large parchment cups.

For best results, fill each cup nearly to the top. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
