VANILLA CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE
Chocolate or vanilla? This time you don’t have to decide. Please everyone with this super easy & extra delicious pound cake.
Ingredients:
450 gr./15oz all purpose flour , sifted
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/3 cups sunflower oil
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 1/4cups milk
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chunks
Directions:
Grace a bundt cake pan and preheat oven to 150 C.
Place oil and sugar in a stand mixer bowl . Beat on medium high until mixture is blended, about 2 min.
Add the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat mixture until it becomes light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl add the ½ of mixture and add the cocoa powder. Whisk until mixture is smooth. Mix in the chocolate chunks.
Pour the chocolate mixture into prepared pan and then top with the vanilla mixture. Bake the cake for 1 hour at 150 C
Cool cake in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Invert the cake onto the rack and cool completely.
