GREEK STYLE VANILLA CHERRY ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
*500 g heavy cream, very cold
*1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
*1 can evaporated milk
*1 can cherry pie filling ( I use 1 cup of homemade cherry spoon sweet)
Directions:
In your stand mixer with whisk attachment on high speed beat your cream until it becomes stiff.
Fold in your sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk.
Add cherries.
Transfer to a container with a lid and freeze for 6 hours.
