Homemade Vanilla Fig Ice Cream

Summer is the perfect time to indulge in the creamy delight of homemade ice cream. If you’re looking to elevate your ice cream game, try incorporating a unique and flavorful twist with Greek fig spoon sweet. This traditional Greek delicacy adds a rich, sweet, and slightly tangy flavor to the smooth, creamy base of homemade ice cream, creating a dessert that is both refreshing and exotic

Ingredients

500 g heavy whipping cream, very cold
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup Fig spoon sweet

Directions

In your stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
Add the chopped spoon sweet figs and gently fold to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a lidded container, smooth the top, and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.

Note:
This recipe is just as delicious with other Greek spoon sweets. Try sour cherry, quince, bergamot, bitter orange, grape, or your favorite variety for a different flavor every time.
